The Versa-Pulse-Laser is available for the above treatment indications. In professional circles, this device is described as the "Mercedes" among the lasers and is not widely available. Advantages of Laser treatment For treatments on vessels, the cold season is the preferred one as the vessels expand in the summer months due to the heat. For a treatment, however, it is advantageous if the vessels are as small as possible. The Versa Pulse Laser provides a fast, gentle and easy to handle treatment. Local anesthesia is not required. Temporary side effects (redness of the treated area) quickly fade and scarring does not occur, as the skin is not injured. Possible side effects depending on the sensitivity, texture and also the light energy used, the treatment is mild to moderately painful and is generally described as "pecking". Immediately after treatment, the skin is reddened and may swell slightly even for a few days. Since no open skin wound is caused, the treated area can be immediately covered with powder or make-up. The treated areas must be protected from direct sunlight for four weeks (including the sunbed). (Sunscreen with SPF 30 - 60 !!)

Expenses

It is a purely cosmetic-aesthetic, medically unnecessary treatment, the costs are not covered by the statutory health insurance. The costs depend on the extent and difficulty of the vessels to be removed. Since every body is different, we can only name the costs in a personal consultation with you after a thorough examination. A consultation and a possible trial treatment, if desired and possible, is free of charge with us. If you are interested, arrange your personal appointment with our dermatologist Dr. med. Whether sunburns, age spots or innate pigmentation - they are often found in areas of the face, on the hands or in the décolleté. Again, the Versa Pulse Laser is used. The treatment is provided by our dermatologist Dr. med. Grotmann.
